All packages are sent out Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days (during busy sale periods, orders may require additional days to be processed before they are shipped).

We offer a store credit, exchange or refund on any unused and unopened items purchased from RAWKANVAS within 14 days of receiving the items. Just get into contact with us via info@rawkanvas.com so we can explore your options with you.
