WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
As items are made in small batches, RAWKANVAS make every effort to ensure that product(s) ordered and paid for are dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. During busy sale periods orders may require an additional 5 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day. DISPATCH DURING SALES PERIODS
Due to the predicted volume of orders of periods such as Black Friday, we have additional warehouse staff working overtime to dispatch your orders. We understand waiting for online orders isn't fun! However, our team are working as efficiently as possible. Dispatch times can extend by an additional 5 business days for these times. This is an approximate only and does not include your order transit time, which is dependant upon New Zealand Post or Australia Post. Selecting express delivery at checkout provides you with an expedited delivery service with New Zealand Post or Australia Post which speeds up transit time only. We appreciate kindness and patience through this busy period.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that the price you pay for your order online with us does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us. The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. RAWKANVAS takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made rests with you. The knowledge and payment for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. You should look these up before purchasing if you are worried about these additional costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. RAWKANVAS are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.
CUSTOM HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
OUT OF STOCK
If once you have placed your order online, an item(s) in your order is no longer available, or is on back order, we will advise you via email and give you the option to refund the cost of the item(s), offer you an exchange for another item, or provide you with an in store credit.
PRE-ORDERS
Although RAWKANVAS will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) for pre-order items is only an estimate, is subject to change, and RAWKANVAS does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, RAWKANVAS is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product after the estimated time of delivery has passed, you may cancel your order.
Please note that if any item in your order is on pre-order, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item is in stock. Please check the website for a dispatch date for the pre-order item. If you cannot wait, we recommend splitting your order so we can dispatch the in stock items separately.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times where we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during these sale times, as well as any public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed. You will be notified of a public holiday via the notification bar on our website (this is highlighted in across the top of the website).
RAWKANVAS are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, epidemics, lockdowns, delivery company strikes, etc, postal service delays or Customs handling times. Timeframes are approximates. Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location, distance from metro area, busy sales periods, natural disasters and pandemics, delays caused by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & any other delay outside of our control.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We can cancel your order within 24 hours if your order has not yet had a shipping label allocated and created.
Please check that your billing and shipping address details are accurate before submitting your order. Changes to your address details and/or delivery instructions must be communicated to RAWKANVAS via info@rawkanvas.com within 24 hours of you placing the order. RAWKANVAS can cancel your order once you, the buyer, has submitted the order within 24 hours of you placing the order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your order on our website is fraudulent.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE/SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY/NON DELIVERY/MISSING PARCELS/WRONG ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER
Authority to Leave & Non Delivery/Missing Parcels: Items are sent out via Signature on Delivery via DHL or Authority to Leave via New Zealand Post, however the customer has the choice to select Authority to Leave or may have a standing Authority to Leave for their nominated address with DHL, New Zealand Post, New Zealand Couriers, Courier Post or Australia Post. Where the Authority to Leave option is selected at any point in time during the checkout process or delivery process, by the customer, or there is a standing Authority to Leave for the address, RAWKANVAS accept no liability or responsibility for any parcel once the parcel has been delivered (demonstrated via tracking number by the Postal Carrier or GPS coordinates or photo of delivery) to your nominated address. We recommend lodging an investigation with the Postal Carrier who will investigate the whereabouts of the parcel.
- Where the parcel is found to have been delivered to an address different to the nominated address supplied to us by the customer (demonstrated via tracking number by the Postal Carrier or photo of delivery or GPS coordinates), a replacement will be sent. You must notify us of the non-delivery within 14 days of the delivered scan.
- Where an item is found to have been delivered to the correct nominated address as supplied by the customer, RAWKANVAS accept no liability or responsibility for any parcel once the parcel has been delivered (demonstrated via tracking number by the Postal Carrier or photo of delivery or GPS coordinates) to your nominated address, unless a signature on delivery is selected and the customer has not selected an Authority to Leave during the shipping process with the Postal Carrier or with RAWKANVAS. In this situation we recommend lodging an investigation with the Police. You must notify us of the non-delivery within 14 days of the delivered scan.
Signature on Delivery & Non Delivery/Missing Parcels: Where a signature on delivery option is selected and no Authority to Leave is selected at any time once the parcel is dispatched, nor is there a standing Authority to Leave with the Postal Carrier for the nominated address, and the Postal Carrier cannot demonstrate that the item has been delivered to the nominated address via a signature by the recipient, GPS coordinates or photographic evidence, we will replace the item. In this situation we recommend lodging an investigation with the Police. You must notify us of the non-delivery within 14 days of the delivered scan.
Wrong address supplied by customer: Where the customer has supplied the wrong address to RAWKANVAS, RAWKANVAS accept no liability or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered (demonstrated via tracking number by the Postal Carrier) to your nominated address. A $10 fee will apply to resend your items once we receive the original parcel back via courier.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
New Zealand
We process orders in New Zealand Dollars.
As items are made in small batches, RAWKANVAS agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered and paid for, within 2 business days from the payment receipt date, unless otherwise noted in description of product. During busy sale periods orders may require additional days to be processed before they are shipped. RAWKANVAS primarily ship through Australia Post/New Zealand Post Express or DHL Express. After leaving our facility, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days via New Zealand Post or if your order is over $130NZD, you can expect your order to arrive with 1-3 business days via DHL Express (some rural areas make take longer).* You will receive an email notification from RAWKANVAS that contains tracking information once your order is dispatched.
You should expect your parcel within 5-7 business days* of it being shipped from our facility, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at info@rawkanvas.com and we will track it for you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the timeframe advised, please email our Customer Service Team at info@rawkanvas.com or call 09 889 5601.
Australia
We process orders in Australian Dollars.
As items are made in small batches, RAWKANVAS agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered and paid for within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. During busy sale periods orders may require additional days to be processed before they are shipped. RAWKANVAS primarily ship through Australia Post. After leaving our facility, Australia Post typically delivers within 2–5 business days (6-10 business days to WA and NT) or 1-4 business days Express Post.* You will receive an email notification from RAWKANVAS that contains tracking information once your order is dispatched.
You should expect your parcel within 2-5 business days* of it being shipped from our facility. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at info@rawkanvas.com and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however all items are shipped with authority to leave, or a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the timeframe advised, please call Australia Post and quote your tracking number, or call our Customer Service Team on 0401 350 193 or email info@rawkanvas.com.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us or you would like a refund for change of mind, any refund will be minus the original cost of shipping to you, any shipping costs charged to us by the courier to return the parcel back to us and any restock fee, which will not be refunded. A $10 fee will be charged to resend any items to you if they are returned to us.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
These terms and conditions describe the Shipping Protection that the Buyer can purchase when purchasing from RAWKANVAS.
Coverage Conditions: This Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost, broken, or stolen during transit to the Buyer's nominated address.
Lost - Should your item be declared lost by our delivery partners, we will replace or refund your order.
Broken – Should your item/s be damaged while in the possession of our delivery partners we will replace the broken items. Please note, once the package has been delivered, the coverage expires.
Stolen - Should your package be stolen while in the possession of our delivery partners we will replace your order. Please note, once the item is delivered to your address the coverage ends.
Exclusions:
The following situations are excluded from the Shipping Protection:
- Damage caused intentionally or due to gross negligence of the Buyer.
- Undelivered packages due to an incorrect or insufficient address. We will ship to the address that is provided by the customer and have no means to verify if an address is correct. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team to organise re-delivery.

Delayed or late deliveries. We cannot guarantee delivery by any given date. Due to factors outside of our control, including weather or seasonal disruptions, delayed deliveries do not qualify as a valid claim.
Coverage Amount: The maximum coverage amount of the Shipping Protection is $300. This amount represents the maximum value of the package, including shipping costs.
What if something happens to my package and I have not opted-in?
We will support you to seek any compensation available from our delivery partners, but we cannot guarantee that the claim will be successful, nor can we guarantee how much compensation will be granted.
Claims Procedure:
In case of damage, loss, or theft of the package, the Buyer must report this to RAWKANVAS as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after discovery.
The notification must include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of address provided on the order
- Description of the damage, loss, or theft
For breakage:
- Photo of the package with the visible shipping label
- Photos of the damage to the contents of the package
For loss:
- Proof (via an enquiry number) from New Zealand Post that an enquiry was submitted indicating that the package was not received
For theft:
- Police report number to indicate a Police Report was submitted for mail theft from the Buyer's address nominated during the purchase
Compensation: If RAWKANVAS accepts the damage claim, RAWKANVAS will resend the Buyer the replacement within 7 days of receiving all the necessary documentation. The compensation will not exceed the amount of the incurred damage, loss, or theft. Mediation and insurance fees are not covered by the Shipping Protection.
Term: This Shipping Protection is valid for the duration of a single shipment of the package from RAWKANVAS to the Buyer. The policy automatically expires upon receipt of the compensation or rejection of the damage claim.
Applicable Law: New Zealand law applies to this policy.
Agreement: By purchasing the Shipping Protection at the time of checkout for the shipment, the Buyers declares agreement with the terms and conditions set forth.
